Marc Chagall, Chagall Lithograph III Frontispiece, is an original color Lithograph on Arches paper made in 1969. This beautiful blue, green, and red toned print features a man presenting a woman with a bouquet of flowers under the moonlit sky. This lithograph is pencil signed by Chagall in the lower right margin, annotated H.C. in the lower left margin. There is also a very unique dedication “Pour Fernand” along with a special drawing by the artist. Chagall dedicated this piece to Fernand Mourlot, who was the famous lithographer who worked closely with the artist to produce his prints. Mourlot 578.
